At Jacksonville Sports Cards, we want you to be fully satisfied with your apparel and gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure shipping box.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
